Hellooooo! We’re the 2028 Class Coordinating Board, and we’re thrilled to plan exciting events to celebrate our class! Our board consists of six members— president Fiona Shen (she/her), vice president Matthew Chen (he/him), secretary Ben Hader ( he/him), treasurer Luca Feng (he/him), public relations officer Crystal Wu (she/her), and community outreach officer Soliyana Belay (she/her). Year One Events
CCCHOCOLATE FACTORY
To celebrate the arrival of winter, our first-year officers provided students with the perfect treat to welcome the frosty weather: hot chocolate! At CCCHocolate, our officers assembled a full hot chocolate bar with sweet, chocolatey snacks, set to the tune of classic winter hits. To memorialize their first winter on College Hill, students made glitter-filled, light-up snow globes, both as gifts for loved ones and gifts for themselves. Nearly one hundred students brightened up their sleepy Sunday with some wintry fun!
COokies n’ capsules
The first-year officers kicked off our first semester with a super-sweet event: Cookies n’ Capsules! At this event, our officers served Insomnia cookies, complete with a decoration and toppings station, and stationery for students to write letters addressed to themselves in four years. Over two hundred students stopped by Crystal Ballroom’s autumn-themed takeover for sweet treats and even sweeter messages!
