The Purpose of the Finance & Accountability Committee is to manage the yearly budget of the Class Coordinating board to ensure that CCB spends money responsibly.

Due to the sizable portion of the student activities budget allocated to CCB, we hold a responsibility to the student body to ensure that we minimize the cost of our events while maximizing the benefits provided to students.

CCB Treasurers are required to attend all meetings for F&A, and large campus-wide events (with the exception of Senior Week events) must have their preliminary budget approved by F&A before making purchases or finalizing contracts.

Additionally, members of F&A audit each board’s financial records to ensure that spending is allocated where intended and that inaccurate charges are not made on the CCB budget.
